Cidre Cotentin AOC is crafted on the Cotentin Peninsula in Normandy, a region cherished for its hedgerows and oceanic climate. Derived from traditional orchard grasslands planted with local varieties, it is produced solely as pure juice, without carbonation or pasteurization. Its slow and natural fermentation continues in the bottle, where it develops a fine and elegant effervescence.
