Nestled in the heart of Cotentin, the Théo Capelle Cidery-Distillery has embodied a family passion passed down from father to son since 1980. Founded by Théodore Capelle and his wife Jacqueline, the operation is now led by their son Ludovic, who continues the artisanal expertise while injecting an innovative energy. Across 10 hectares of orchards, located less than a kilometer from the cellars, around fifteen local varieties (Reslé, Taureau, Marin Onfroy) are cultivated. These fruits give the products a distinctive character marked by the terroir and proximity to the sea. The range includes AOP Cotentin ciders, calvados, pommeaux, as well as original creations like the Kapelwick liqueur, launched in 2015.
