In the heart of the Pays d’Auge, the Manoir d’Angoville cultivates 15 hectares of organic orchards. On these sun-kissed clay and flint hillsides, around twenty varieties of heirloom apples give rise to authentic ciders, as well as apple juice, cider vinegar, and aged Calvados.
