In the heart of the Pays d’Auge, the Manoir d’Angoville cultivates 15 hectares of organic orchards. On these sun-kissed clay and flint hillsides, around twenty varieties of heirloom apples give rise to authentic ciders, as well as apple juice, cider vinegar, and aged Calvados. Staying true to traditional methods, the cider cellar offers tours and tastings at the press to discover the artisanal craftsmanship of the estate. Cheers!
