Poiré Domfront AOP is a sparkling Norman beverage, crafted exclusively from poiré pears, with the main variety being Plant de Blanc, known for its aromatic richness and high juice content. This protected designation of origin ensures a product from a specific terroir in Domfrontais, located in the southwest of Normandy.

With an alcohol content of around 4% vol., Poiré Domfront stands out with its pale yellow to golden color, its fine effervescence, and its aromatic palette dominated by fruity and floral notes. It offers a subtle balance between acidity and sweetness, without the addition of sugar, water, or gas.
